This agreement applies to all users who install and use the Posety application and standardizes all behavioral norms during the use of application functions.
All user operation data and creative content generated during the use of Posety are processed and stored entirely on the local user device. All data only exist in the local storage space of the user’s personal device, and all relevant content will be completely deleted after the user actively deletes files, cache or creative records in the application. Posety does not collect, store, identify, process or retain any form of user facial information, facial feature data and facial biometric information in any use scenario, and no facial data collection behavior exists in any functional link of the application.Posety no facial information will be collected.
Posety is a local creative tool application that provides users with intelligent poster creation services by converting text description content into photorealistic editorial poster works. The application supports full local operation without account registration and identity login. Users can obtain all core creative functions and auxiliary management functions after completing device installation.
The whole service process of Posety relies on local device computing and local data processing. The application does not start any background data collection program related to user facial information. In the whole creative service link, Posety only processes the text content input by users and renders poster images according to descriptive information. Posety only applies for the minimum photo library access permission required for work export. The permission is only activated when users actively save works, and is only used to realize the local storage function of creative works. When using Posety, users shall abide by benign usage norms, and use the application’s creative functions for personal aesthetic creation, mood board production, profile image design and daily creative brainstorming. Users shall not use the application for improper creative behaviors.

Posety reserves the right to appropriately adjust the content of this user agreement according to function iteration and service optimization needs. The adjusted agreement content will be displayed through the in-app browser for users to view at any time.
Any adjustment and optimization of this user agreement will not modify the core clause of not collecting user facial information. The permanent zero collection of user facial information is the unchangeable core service rule of Posety. No facial information will be collected.
