This Subscription Agreement outlines the terms and guidelines for using Posety’s premium subscription service, designed to ensure a positive, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all subscribers. By purchasing or activating the Subscription Service, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below. Importantly, Posety does not require you to create an account or log in to use the App or the Subscription Service, and we do not collect any facial information or biometric data related to your face this commitment remains central to our service and is detailed further in this agreement.
All information is processed locally, all information is only retained on the user’s local device, and all information will be permanently deleted once the user actively deletes the relevant content in the application. Posety does not collect, record, or obtain any facial data, facial features, facial expression information, or any biometric information related to the user’s face in any form at any stage of subscription activation and premium function usage.
As with all Posety services, the Subscription Service is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect any facial information from subscribers, nor do we store, process, or analyze any biometric data related to your face. When you create editorial poster works and use premium creative functions with the Subscription Service, all text input and creative content are only used to generate the custom poster styles and visual effects you request. No facial details including facial features, structure, or unique characteristics are extracted, stored, or retained during the entire local creation process. All local AI rendering and content processing operations are completed locally on your device whenever possible, and all your original creative content and finished posters remain solely on your device.
Posety maintains a complete local processing mechanism for all subscription related data and creative content. No facial information collection, identification or analysis behavior exists in any subscription service link, and all user creative data will only be stored in the local device space controlled independently by the user.
No account creation is required to subscribe to Posety’s premium service. You can activate the Subscription Service directly through your device’s e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store without providing any personal information beyond what is required by the app store itself. The whole subscription activation process is simple and independent, and no facial data collection behavior will be triggered during authorization and function activation.
By subscribing to Posety’s Subscription Service, you gain access to the following premium features subject to reasonable updates and changes for user experience optimization.
We may update or modify the Subscription Service features from time to time to enhance the overall user creative experience. Any significant changes to premium functional mechanisms will be notified to you within the App, and your continued use of the Subscription Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated features and terms.
In the process of using all unlimited generation privileges, advanced customization functions and high-resolution export services, Posety does not collect, record or analyze any user facial information. All creative operations are completed locally, and no facial biometric data will be acquired or stored in any premium function usage scenario.
The Subscription Service is activated through your device’s e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store. When you subscribe, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee as displayed in the App or app store for the selected subscription period. Multiple subscription period options are available including monthly and annual plans, and the specific service duration and corresponding charging standards will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
No account is required to activate or use the Subscription Service. Once activated, the Subscription Service will remain active for the entire purchased period, and you will have full access to all premium creative privileges during the valid period.
During subscription payment activation, local permission verification and the entire valid service cycle, Posety only completes local authorization identification and function unlocking. The application never collects any user facial information as verification basis, and all subscription activation links maintain zero facial data processing standards.Posety No facial information will be collected.
By default, your Posety subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the automatic renewal service before the expiration of the current valid period. The renewal fee will be consistent with the original subscription fee unless there is an official price adjustment, in which case we will notify you of the new price through the App or e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store in advance before renewal execution.
You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time through your device’s app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will not be charged for the next service cycle, and you will retain full access to all Subscription Service premium features until the current period expires. No refunds are provided for partial unused subscription periods, but you may continue using all premium functions normally until your subscription expires.
All subscription renewal judgment, automatic renewal cancellation and privilege expiration processing operations are completed through local device data recognition. Posety will not trigger any facial information collection, analysis or recording behaviors in the whole subscription operation process, and always adheres to the zero facial data collection commitment.
The Subscription Service and all exclusive premium features are for personal non-commercial use only. You may use the premium creative functions to generate personalized editorial poster works for your own aesthetic creation, personal mood board making, profile aesthetic optimization and daily creative brainstorming, and share the finished works for personal social communication. You may not use the Subscription Service or premium functional resources for commercial creation, paid service provision, secondary content sale or other commercial activities without prior official permission from the Posety team.
You agree to use the Subscription Service in accordance with the User Agreement for Posety, including all user responsibilities such as only creating compliant personal creative content and not generating or spreading inappropriate and non compliant content. Violation of these usage guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your Subscription Service access without any refund compensation.
In all personal creative usage scenarios and service standard supervision processes of subscription privileges, Posety completely does not collect, analyze or record any user facial features and biometric information. All local creative behaviors will not produce any facial data retention records.
As a subscribed user, your privacy protection remains our top service priority. We do not collect any facial information, personal identification information, or biometric data from you at any service stage. Posety’s core privacy commitment for subscribed users is permanent and effective. The application will never actively or passively obtain any user facial information in subscription function use, data processing and service iteration links, and all facial biometric data protection rules are always implemented in place.
We may occasionally update the Subscription Service, including adding or removing premium creative features, adjusting exclusive style resource content, modifying subscription pricing standards, and optimizing subscription service terms. Your continued use of the Subscription Service after the updates take effect constitutes your full acceptance of the latest subscription terms.
We reserve the right to discontinue part or all of the Subscription Service for product iteration and optimization needs. We will provide advance official notice if service discontinuation occurs, and you will not be charged for any future subscription cycles. You will retain full access to all purchased premium features until the end of your current valid subscription period.
All subscription service updates, rule adjustments and service state changes will not alter Posety’s zero facial information collection rule. No facial data collection function will be added in any version iteration, and the permanent privacy protection commitment remains unchanged.Posety no facial information will be collected.
